ICBC is making it simpler for driver training school customers to cancel a road test appointment made on their behalf.

Effective immediately, road test appointments made by a driver training school can be cancelled by the driver whose name appears on the appointment. A driver can also grant an authorized representative of their driver training school permission to cancel a road test appointment on their behalf. This will assist our customers who wish to cancel their appointment and avoid incurring the $25.00 Road Test Cancellation Fee.
