Duplicate driver training school licences
are issued for the following reasons:
- Change of school
address
- Change of school
name
- Request for
an additional licence
- Replacement
of lost licence
To apply for a duplicate licence, complete
an Application
for an Driver Training School Licence (MV2441) by the owner/operator of the school indicating
the reason for the request.
There is a $15.00 duplicate licence fee for
each duplicate licence. Cheques must be made payable
to ICBC.
NOTE: If there are any current debts owing to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, these must be paid before a licence will be issued
