Access is available to members of British Columbia's Driver Training Industry only.

Do not have a user ID and password? If you are a licensed Driver Training School, ICBC would of provided you with a user ID shortly after the issuance of your school licence. If you have not received notification of your authorized access, contact Driver Training & Assessment Standards for assistance.

NOTE: Before contacting the ICBC Help Desk regarding an access problem, please ensure that you have completed and returned to ICBC's Driver Training & Assessment Standards, an Authorized Access to ICBC Information—Password Administrator List (DTC403). Only a password administrator designated by the driver training school may contact the ICBC Help Desk at 604-661-6234 for assistance.

Have you completed a Password Administrator List or wish to change any of your administrators? Print a copy of the Authorized Access to ICBC Information—Password Administrator List (DTC403) and return the completed form by fax or by mail to Driver Training & Assessment Standards.
