An individual wishing to apply for a duplicate
instructor's licence may submit an application
for a Instructor's Licence for the following reasons:

Replacement (replacing a lost
instructor's licence) |

Additional (Instructor
provides training at more than one school) |
Requests for additional licences may be included
when making application for an original or renewal instructor's
licence. Requests for duplicate instructor licences can be made
at any time during the term of a valid Instructor's Licence.
To apply for a duplicate or additional instructor's
licence, submit a completed Application
for a British Columbia Driver Training Instructor's Licence
and a $15.00 fee for each duplicate/additional licence to Driver
Training & Assessment Standards.
