General Delivery Requirements are those standards
which must be adhered to by a driving school offering and
ICBC-Approved Driver Education Course during its delivery
(i.e., minimum/maximum number of hours of instruction allowed
per day, minimum number of students per class, classroom size
etc.) These requirements are defined in Section 1 (c)
of the Course Approval Agreement.
A number of course requirements must also be met
in order for a driving school to obtain or retain approval.
These course requirements are defined in the supplementary document,
Course Approval
Guide or contact Driver
Training and Assessment Standards for more information.
NOTE: ICBC
may deny or remove course approval based on the perceived
merit of a driver training school's course delivery plan and/or
demonstrated success of course delivery.
