The application package for an original British Columbia Driver Training School Licence includes the following documents:

	Driver Training School Instructor List (MV2412B)
	Driver Training School Vehicle List (MV2415)
	Driver Training School Fee Schedule (MV2414)
	Road Test Booking Service - Student Consent Form (DTC205) Important Note: This form must be used by schools wishing to book road tests on behalf of their students
	Road Test Booking Service - Terms & Conditions (DTC206) (Applicable to lower mainland schools only) Important Note: This document must be signed by lower mainland schools wishing to participate in the Road Test Booking Service

Applying for Renewal of a Driver Training School Licence

The application package for renewing a British Columbia Driver Training School Licence includes the following documents:

	Application for a British Columbia Driver Training School Licence (MV2441)
	Driver Training School Instructor List (MV2412B)
	Driver Training School Vehicle List (MV2415)
	Driver Training School Fee Schedule (MV2414)

Renewal packages are sent to Driver Training Schools approximately 3 months prior to the school licence expiry date. If your school licence is nearing expiry and you have not yet received a renewal package, click the link below to download the renewal package.

Booking Road Tests on Behalf of Students

The following documents are applicable to Driver Training Schools who book road tests on behalf of their students:

	Road Test Booking Service - Student Consent Form (DTC205) Important Note: This form must be used by schools wishing to book road tests on behalf of their students
	Road Test Booking Service - Terms & Conditions (DTC206) (Applicable to lower mainland schools only) Important Note: This document must be signed by lower mainland schools wishing to participate in the Road Test Booking Service. Schools that have already submitted a signed Terms & Conditions are not required to do so on renewal of their school licence.

Approved Course Extension Agreement

The downloadable renewal package does not include an Approved Course Extension Agreement.  If your school currently offers an ICBC-Approved Driver Education Course, you will be required to sign an Approved Course Extension Agreement. If you have not yet received your extension agreement and your agreement is nearing expiry, contact Driver Training & Assessment Standards immediately.
