Complaint Information
The information you provide in this section will assist us in determining the type and details of your complaint. The type of complaint you are submitting will require different information. Check off the box that best describes the type of complaint and complete the remaining fields displayed.

Indicate who you are:

  • A student or parent / guardian (on behalf of a student) submitting a complaint or claim against a driver training school for training services received
  • A member of the driver training industry submitting a complaint / concern about another driver training school or instructor, ICBC initiative etc.
  • Someone else (please describe)
  • If you are a student or parent/guardian of a student, Indicate details of the course taken, including the name(s) of the driver training school and the instructors who delivered the training, tuition paid, and the course start and end dates of the course

Complaint Details
Use this section to describe the nature of your complaint.

If you are a student (or parent / guardian of a student) who has taken driver training and have a complaint about a driver training school or instructor, include as much relevant detail about your expereince as possible (i.e., dates, names of people you spoke to, your efforts to resolve the conflict etc.).

If you are member of the driver training industry or an organization with a complaint / concern relating to another member of the industry, ICBC inititiave etc. provide us with details.

NOTE: Please allow up to 10 business days for a reply to your submission.

A reply to your submission may occur earler than 10 business days (i.e., with 2 - 5 days). This is dependent on the type of complaint submitted.
