Vaughn Cybulski, Technical Analyst joined the Motor Vehicle Branch in 1992 prior to its merger to the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia.

During that time, he has been involved in various facets of driver licensing and since 1997, has obtained extensive business knowledge and experience working with ICBC's Driver Training & Certification programs.

Vaughn has a technical and systems background which has played a significant role in the development and enhancement of the Driver Training & Certification computer system.

As developer of the Driver Training & Assessment Standards web site and the Driver Training Industry Bulletins, Vaughn would be pleased to receive any comments or suggestions that you may have on improving our services and programs.
