Standards in 2000. Ellen has a Master of Arts degree from the
University of Victoria and has been involved with curriculum assessment
and development in a variety of teaching and training capacities including
academic teaching and lectures through the university. She has extensive experience in conducting training programs within the private sector and within the corporation and has obtained essential experience and knowledge from her work in Licensing Programs, Policy and Program Development and Driver Training & Assessment Standards.
